A little something special
Tomoko Fujinami life-sized.

You know you want her on your wall!!!

She's about 1.5MB
She has a delicate constitution, be gentle . . . . . . .
(buncha freaks)

I have some other stuff left for this anime, I just have to figure out how to make it into wallpapers.

As this anime started off I noticed that it was set up almost like "DC DaCapo" without the magic.
Hiroki Kamikura is living with his cousin Elis Housen, after that things start to change a bit.
Hiroki is studying to be an art teacher and he is student teaching at his cousin's High School/Academy. He doesn't draw or paint anymore . . .
He has a block he just can't get past.

The production values are pretty good for a 24 episode anime, the character designs are yummy (the girls that is) and the story seems to draw you along nicely.

Warning!

Major spoiler!

I wouldn't say this is a "great" anime, it seemed to have potential but after seeing the whole thing it seems to be unrealized in a multitude of ways.
About the only really saving grace to this show is it waits 'till the bitter end to screw itself up beyond anything but a creepy ending . . .
. . . Unless you consider copulating with your 14 year old 1st cousin,
(who you've basically taken care of and consider your little sister since her parents were killed about 8 or so years ago),
a happy ending.

The whole show is about getting beyond the things that hold you back.
"Moving forward".
I never really thought realizing your dream and getting past your "artistic block" would be banging your first cousin or your little sister, depending how you look at it . . .
After dumping the woman you've always admired, that you work with, has a college degree, a good job that she is good at, and isn't a high-school sophomore.

I could see Dr. Phil saying those magical words to these characters,
"What the hell is wrong with you?!"

Ahh!
The world is full of hedonistic, freaky people.

I can only seriously give this about a 4. It's going to have to rate down there with such monumental work like "Green Green", "Inukami!" and "Rumbling Hearts" all for lack of a good ending.

I can honestly say I hated this ending more than any other . . . FAR more than Mahoromatic, before I read it's manga.

I'd be kind of surprised if this ever got distributed in North America before 2010, and I doubt it would ever be dubbed in English. You might find it in a few years as a cheap box-set/thin-pack.
If it was a porno it might've made it over here already, but it's kind of light in the fanservice department as it is.

To be totally honest if it wasn't for the ending I'd be giving this a 7 easily, it could have been that good. I could be tempted to rant on for pages but by now you've either decided to avoid this anime or embrace it.

If you did like it,
I won't tell anyone.
